Das Berliner Akvariet Trio wird am 15.August 2022 ihr neues und zweites Album „Cosmos“ veröffentlichen und feiert damit als Ensemble sein siebenjähriges Bestehen. Die Kompositionen dieser neuen CD, mit Einflüssen aus dem Jazz, der elektronischen und minimal Musik sowie zeitgenössischer Improvisationsmusik, nehmen den Zuhörer mit auf eine Reise von erzählenden Klängen und bewegenden Bildern, aus poetischen Stimmungen und komplexer tanzender Rhythmik. Die drei Musiker*innen lassen das Publikum an ihrer musikalischen Forschung im Spannungsfeld von Mikro- und Makrokosmos teilhaben. Sie lenken ihre Aufmerksamkeit auf die kleinen und unbewussten Momente in der Musik und des Alltags und erzählen von diesen mit der Musik in vergrösserter Perspektive. Das Trio zoomt an Klangfarben und Stimmungen näher ran oder weiter weg. Für den Zuhörer ist es möglich vielfältige Standpunkte auf die ereignisreiche Musik zu bekommen und den verschiedenen Stimmungen der Momente des Lebens gewahr zu werden.
